Center of Research and Design in Architecture at Epoka University has been assigned as the local partner architecture studio of TID tower interior implementation.
TID Tower is part of the ambitious master plan for the city which converges around ten iconographic towers. The TID tower designed by 51N4E, is practically composed of a volume starting as an ellipse and ending as a rectangle. The subtle transition between these two basic shapes makes a tower which fully captures the Mediterranean light of Tirana, and creates ever changing shadows.
The main program of the tower consists of hotel rooms, restaurant, seminar rooms and a conference hall. CoRDA is the partner studio of Ali Cicek Architecture office, which is the primary designer of the interior of the hotel.
